Disconnected calls Monday 7th February 2022 09:00:00


We have had several reports of incoming calls being disconnected.

This issue was first noticed on monday 7/2.

This is currently being investigated with our 3rd party interconnection partner.

Our interconnect partner has stated that the issue has been resolved.

Issue has been identified to be caused by a major interconnect operated by Proximus.

We have requested a fix to be provided as soon as possible, but unfortunately it is not under our direct control.
