Call2Teams: outbound calls not working, some inbound calls not working either

We have received multiple reports of users using the Call2Teams link not being able to dial out with Teams, also incoming calls do not always work as expected.

We are currently investigating the issue and looking for a solution.

  • We have had confirmation from Call2Teams that service has been restored.

  • We have raised a ticket at C2T with the highest priority.

    They are now investigating the issue and looking for a solution.
