Problem with incoming calls

We have reports of an issue with calls. Currently our engineers are investigating them. As soon as more information becomes available, we will update the status of this incident.

  • All functionalities have been restored now that the BLFs are enabled again. We will continue to monitor the situation closely.

  • In most cases, restarting the phone can resolve the issue and restore most functionalities. However, BLFs will not work until they are reactivated by the platform technicians.

  • Our team is still working on a solution. We can see the most issues on fixed devices. In the meantime we have disabled BLF for fixed devices. We will provide you with an update shortly.

    Platform issues

    We have reports of an issue with our platform. Currently our engineers are investigating them.

    As soon as more information becomes available, we will update the status of this incident.

  • The permanent fix was deployed and everything is operational again.

  • Currently inbound and outbound calls are working correctly thanks to a quick-fix from our team. The main issues are for now resolved. Our team keeps working on a permanent fix. The BLF service is still disabled for now.

  • We would like to inform you that the disruption on our telephony platform has not yet been resolved. As a result, issues with calls are still ongoing.

    Our team is working with the highest priority to resolve these problems as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

    We will continue to keep you updated and provide a new update as soon as more information becomes available.

  • We have temporarily disabled BLF on devices and there is still an issue where calls may experience no audio. Our team is actively working on a solution and we will provide an update shortly.

  • We have identified the cause. Currently we see an increase in successful calls. We will provide you with an update shortly.
