Incoming Calls Trunk reachability and inbound calls

We're aware of and actively investigating an issue affecting the primary trunk, which appears to be unreachable.

This core issue may be leading to potential inbound and outbound connectivity problems for some users.

We understand the importance of stable service and are working quickly to identify the root cause and restore full functionality.

  • All services are now operating normally.

    This incident has been resolved.

  • We’re still working on restoring a few services (such as BLF and CDRs) that are not yet performing as expected.

  • Our engineers are currently working to fully restore platform stability. We’ve identified an issue within one of our data centers that caused interruptions for several services. Most services have now automatically failed over to our Amsterdam datacenter or will do so shortly. We continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide another update as soon as full stability is confirmed.
